Self bringing an air soft gun to india

A Rifle club membership is irrelevant to airsoft, technically it's applicable only for .177 airguns. But there have been instances where customs asked for club ID to release airsoft guns. This is mostly due to lack of awareness. If in checked baggage, there's a high chance it'll be allowed. Sometimes it's released on ID or fully detained for destruction. Be prepared for any of these.
