Can photocopy of original land papers be misused

I have provided all type of documents to agent for taking loan on the agriculture land ,the documrnts contain photocopy of light bill,photocopy of sale agreement on stamppapers ,and various other documents .my question is that whether such agent can misuse my file containing photocopy of all original documents

We have tubewell in our land for which light bill is recieved in every 2 months and it contains name of my father on whose name the agriculture land is registeres

My father have all the original documents in his hand only but the photocopies are not with him
