I am owning and residing in a group housing society in Gurgaon, I found a potentinal buyer for my property and he has paid some advance to me. Now I understand that the society is not issuing any NOC for sale deed since some dipsute is pending before the state registrar on society charges challnged by gropu of people. Sociey has published a notice in the notice board and news paper that no further NOC would be issued for sale.
Can anybody advise me , how to resolve this ? can I get teh NOC from district ot state registrar office? I am not a defaulter or no dues are pending wiht society.
Does this dispute affect my deal? then it would not be a dismissal of my rights? can I approach the court of law as my sale agrrement has a time limit.
