i have one multi story property. and i have registerd relinguished deed. now i want to complete the process of mutation in delhi.
query
1. in case of registered relinguished deed NOC is required from other legal heirs.
2. MCD send any notices to legal heirs.
same queries in case of Gift Deed.

Relinquishment deed is a legal document/instrument where a person legally or formally gives up or releases his legal rights of the said property being relinquished in the name of some other person. This is one of the modes of transferring rights of an immovable property. It must be registered. so need to send again NOC to legal heirs.

Gift Deed nothing is required if the property is a self acquired property of the person who has gifted the same ..
If the RD is registered, then that is sufficient for mutation.
