Does the stamp duty mentioned in schedule I of stamp Duty Act include Registration charges? or they are exclusive and sepatrately charged?

Does the stamp duty mentioned in schedule I of stamp Duty Act include Registration charges? or they are exclusive and sepatrately charged?

schedule I does not include registration charges, that has to be pay seperatly.

Stamp Act is different than the Registration Act.
