dear group. need an urgent help. my 2 brother laws and mother in law and my husband has been slapped with false allegations of 498a by my elder Co sister. my Co sister left her two children aged 13 yr girl and 2 yr boy before filing FIR . me with my husband staying outstation for the last 10 year and not gone to my sasural for the last 8 yrs. our lawyer got 15 days stay from high court for all of us. kindly help what to do next. should we go for supreme Court for quashing. pls tell the process of bail. should we give a arrest and try for bail or anything else.
