Dear All,
I am an NRI stay in Kenya. I had purchased a piece of land two years ago in Jaipur. We had signed a contract and given cheques for payment. Later on seller failed to deliver the land due to some title issue. Moreover,seller failed to return money and he has given 5 cheques which bounced. I found, It was a planned fraud where he was not clear on land title and just want to use money for his business. Now I want to file a criminal case against him BUT I came to know I hv to be personally present in India. I m working abroad and can not present regularly for the case. I need justice. pls advice how to proceed.
