iam one of the shareholder of a private bank. For the past 7 to 8 years i have not encashed my dividend warrants since i switched over from my native place, and in these years some one encashed my dividend warrants with the help of the collecting bank which came to me recently
So i contacted the registrar of that bank and got the details. and i requested the shares department to give me the details that "to which A/C with number those dividend warrants was cleared with date "
But irrespective of so many remainders they have not furnished any details. Now what is my next step to recover the details from that bank ? pls give me reply
