Regarding 120b

i am not involved in money cheating case. yet police has booked me in 120b plz suggest what shd i do . wat is the maximum punishment

120b is not stand alone but gets affixed to the other sections of IPC in FIR. And the maximum punishment could be same as that of other charges in FIR for other accused.
