Difference between constitutional right and legal right

What is the difference between Constitutional Right and Legal Right.  Is Right to Information legal right or Constitutional Right????

Right to Information is your fundamental right and hence a constitutional right. The difference is that in the event of infringement of your fundamental right, you may directly approach the Supreme Court for the remedy. For more clarification, write to me at mittaljets@gmail.com

This right has emerged out of an act of parliament hence it is per-se a legal right.

 

Fundamental rights are those which arise out of AArticle 13 to 32 of the consitution (or from intepretation thereof)
