Sir, One of my client has signed a contract paper having 50/-Rs NJS sent by an outsourcing company some, Cometinfowave from Ahmedabad, providing Proof reading job online where he would be registered for Part/Full time job,
He wants to know whether this kind of contract paper having 50/-Rs NJS on contract paper should be signed by him & sent to whom you don't know with whom you have not met & making contract On behalf of Cometinfowave.in
the person who has signed on behalf has not mentioned his name only sign is done on behalf of company, kindly guide sir
