We have booked a Flat in East Bangalore. Builder has given set of documents in which sanctioned blue print is there. When we verified with the approved plan there is no kitchen for our flat. The flat which is shown is in under construction stage and they have shown with kitchen and 3 Bedrooms. But in Approved Plan it has a bedroom in place of kitchen and one more bedroom space is free.
Many Flats doesnt have kitchen in the approved Plan Document.
But he promises to give OC and 'A' Khata for the Flat.
Is this Valid ? Can we go ahead with this. Will it be any problem in future in case of resale.
