I have filed divorce and after 2 months later wife filed false 498A and 406 and 3/4 DP act against me and other family members. We have already got regular bail.
As per wife claim we are agree to return all her stridhan. But we are afraid that at the time of return stridhan if wife forcefully enter home and want to stay how we prevent her.
We don't want her who had filed false 498A against us.
Please give your valuable suggestion.
