Appeal -case

won the case in fly court after long battle. Wife went to HC -appeal. Appeal Admitted- June 2014 My question there is no movement in case since june 2013. the matter is shown unready in website how do I find weather wife has moved papers from lower court to HC how long does it take for papers to send from fly court to HC. Wife only seems to be interested in prolonging case, what is the way to get case dismissed say if the papers are not send even after one year. how will I know weather papers are ready and when
