my relative a girl 29 years having a female child 5 years old.her husband i.t. employee of 31 years.in 2013 he applied for divorce.case still pending.she applied for reconstitiution and cojucational rights in 2014.still maintenance not granted. now he is trying his sell his property in his own name.his parents also having property on their names.he is trying to sell the property to avoid the new divorce law amendment.she is creating charge on his property for maintenance and court given interiam injuction .
is she and the minor child having the right in his property and his parents property?divorce case filed by him will take 5 to 10 years for order.he is trying to sell now ? the court may release the injunctin. how to safe her right ?. the child with her mother only .please advice.
