Hi Sir(s),
Is there anyway possible to send child custody Notice to party with the help of US Consulate or US embassey in India, where party is staying USA. Party parents are not taking the notice.

This me only who post this request.
Actually party parents has not given address. so I do not have proper address of party who is staying in USA.
In this situation shall court give the order to US Consulate to serve Notice?
