Mutual divorce husband refused to give consent in court

Dear Seniors/ Colleagues ,

kindly help me what to do now.

I had filed one mutual divorce petition in family court after six months of its filing when petitioners recorded their statements in the court, husband refused for divorce and said that he does not want divorce.Now court has recorded his statement and told me to argue on next date.please give me any ruling in this regard.The wife want divorce and do not want to live with him anymore.

No ruling.  Both will roam to court for next 7-8 years, as MCD petition will get dismissed and they will have to file new petition seeking divorce which ofcourse will be contested.
