My College terminate me with one month notice period,Ist I define my salary.
cash in hand-20800
pf deduction from my salary-1560(My share+employer share)
NOW INDIAN GOVERNMENT ORDERS FROM OCTOBER NOW PF 2040 MORE DEDUCTION ALSO SO MY TOTAL SALARY IS (20800+1560+2040=24400).They give my one month salary is 22600.
So i want to know in the notice period time pf amount deducted or not. or Total salary is paid tome.
Please give me your valuable suggestions.I dont have any Legal Proof but i can demand. 15 december 2014 was the last day of my job
