Respected Sir/Madam,
Can I go for stay on Domestic violence which is filed after 3 months of filing FIR of 498a . My divorce case is also filed 40 days before 498a. Can my point be taken strongly in high court for stay in Domestic Violence. Please advice.

Yes, stay for DVC also can be done, stay completely depends about what you going to present before HC. Refer bhajanlal case for the guidelines on which how HC needs to quash is postulated.
