Mr. A forges the signature of Mr.B. Because of this Mr. C is aggrieved. Mr. C makes a complaint about this. under compulsion Mr. B gives a statement that the signature is his. Can Mr. C ask for forensic investigation of the signature to prove that the signature is forged ?
