He objected to appear the private counsel in this private

Dear Sir A-Ploice case IPC 326. same occurrence B-private complaint IPC 307. In Magistrate court together the two cases A&B in Cr.pc 210(2). Now committal (S.C.NO) to try B-private complaint case in the Magistrate court to Court of Sessions in CrPc209. in the same time A-police case also transfer to sessions(C.C.NO). The charge framed with same error in the B-private complaint (IPC 307). But APP is not interested to rectify error in the charge. So My private counsel filed the petition Crpc 216 to alter the charge. But the opposite pleader filed the counter. In the counter he objected to appear the private counsel in this private complaint( IPC 307) in the sessions. And He says that Only Crpc 225 is applicable, not for Crpc 302 in this private complaint( IPC 307) in the sessions. What can I do to rectify error in the charge? And What can I do to the Petition (Crpc 216) to alter the charge filed by My private counsel? Mymobile NO:9443547779, email ID: srirajavalli@gmail.com
