Information uding rti in the issue of interim maintenance

MY wife filed DV act on me and my family and ask for alimony and interim maintenance. I have heard that she is working as achool teacher in a school, then by using RTI which information I have ask to her school authority.

Under Right to Information act, every one as a right to collect information from any organisation. But more it is helpful for govt sectors only. Why because if you go to school and ask the school authority to issue the salary statement etc. Diffentely she will left the school and join some wherelse.Then what will happen again same story will repeat. But the proof will be valid in DV case. I attache a copy of RTI act, 2005 for your reference. how to apply for RTI go throuh once and get me back.
