The only district welfare officer in nagaland:

Mrs.Atoli Sumi, the only District Welfare Officer, under Zunheboto District, Nagaland, has toured about 2 Sub Divisions under her Control from house to house in every villages, making physical verifications especially on old age pension beneficiary, embrassing many village leaders by revealing the truth about the amount to be received by the beneficiary age by age etc. During her tour through out the entire villages, it was revealed to her great astonishments  through physical verifications, that many eligible beneficaries were not receiving the benefit though eligible under the schemes, and on the spot deletion of deceased person drawing old age pension and also eligible person were given the benefit under the scheme. During this tour she discovered many new working conditions of her department and she is determined to do justice for the people. She has decided to tour the entire Zunheboto District from house to house in every villages. Hope other Officers will follow suit to implement  real Social Justice as provided by the Central Government. I am posting this message with a hope that other District welfare officers through out India, will do the same. Great Work Mrs.Atoli Sumi, District Welfare Officer, Zunheboto, Nagaland. Keep it up and may God Bless your family members.

Sir, my only answer is to appoint more social welfare Officers in those areas or even volunteers for effective implementations of various central schemes which public are not aware, otherwise crores and crores of money given by the central government will never reach the people for whom it is sanctioned.

that may be the solution.
