A person had made a will that his house property will devolve on his wife and on her death, his children can only enjoy the property and Grand Children can dispose the property if all of them so desire unanimously. Now, on death of Wife the only 2 Grand children now wants to sell the property and share among themselves and their father, aunt & uncle[3 children of the deceased]

Can the Capital Gains be divided proportionally

as could have happened on a normal succession?
