Hi I have a 3BHK flat and registered in name of my father and mother. We are two brothers. My father and mother decided to add me and my brother as joint owner of the flat. i.e now the flat will be in name of all four of us. Please guide me the procedure for the same. How can we add the owner name in the current property.

There is no procedure to add new owners/purchasers in the sale deed already executed in favor of the purchaser by the vendor. If at all your parents have decided to transfer the properties in the joint names of you and your brother, they may execute a registered gift deed or a registered settlement deed accordingly.
