Dear /Madam,
Generally Form-33 is used for request to change the name of registered proprietor of trade mark but i want to know Is there any other Form for request to change the firm name which is registered. In other words, if the firm name has some error and it is wrongly registered then its a kind of error not to change entirely the name of firm . which Form is appropriate for this conditions.
