My query is related to the revocation of POWER OF ATTORNEY.
A,B,C, staying abroad has executed a POA in the name of X who is in india and the same is registered in INDIA.Now for personal reasons ABC wants to cancel/revoke the POA in favour of X.
A and B is in INDIA at present, but not Mr.C..so what can we do for Mr.C's Part?
Also,Can Mr.X has an option not to act on the POA and thereby get it cancelled automatically..
How much rs stamp paper is required?Will one deed is enough for the al three?
