Instead of getting divorse from court,Can I get it document registered in registration office with both wife and husband signature's stating that its divorses and no objection to both if any any one of them marry and no maintainness .
Query:Is registered document is same as divorse

This is not a valid divorce. You have to get it from the court of law.

The family courts only having rights to issue divorce orders.No other documents decide divorces.
