Is rectification required for plan change of a flat?

Hi,

Recently we have purchased a flat and registration is done on May 3rd. In the sale deed, every thing is mentioned correctly including boundaries of the flat, flat number, address...etc. But the plan which is included is not the correct one. We have checked with our builders and they are saying like since the boundaries are mentioned clearly, no need to go for rectification on this.

For reference, please check with the attachment. I have mentioned the plan in red colour which need to be changed.

Please suggest on this.

Thanks & Regards,

Kameswari
