I am newly in this field and require some proper information before investing my hard money.
I am going to buy one RK in slum envirnomrnt and it is going to revelopement.As per owner he have MHADA Annexure-2 document in which his name is included in list.Also he have voter ID.Negotiation is going on between builder (Mhada Suggested) and owners for Area/Rent.Yet room are not vacated, also construction is not yet started.
But how can I verify that Annexure-2 document is true/leggal?Also which others document can I ask to owner which prove his ownership?
If the documents are ok, then how my name will be include in Annexure-2, before construction start?
If constructed start and my name is not included in list, then is it possible to declare me as nonelligible by builder?In that case what I have to do??
