Criminal law is equialiant for all ?

As far as law is concern the basic concept is law equally applicable for all but in practical life we found law is applicable for poor medium and general people its my opinion. Whenever we found such powerful person is guilty in peculiar matter and during filing the complain in police station first officer avoid secondly keep pending for investigation final not register and after filing private complain to the court than court demand police report that already denied. As earlier and court dismissed the petition and in the appeal same trial court order was sustain.In the my matter one CJM magistrate order against the law he heard as an prospective accused in Cr p c 200.202 and dismissed.Finally high court set a side CJM order.But every person won't have money to revision or appeal in the matter of wrong judgment. Similarly if Drt passed an order which was based on false claim than other party has to be deposit 75% than only he file appeal it is justified.so the cost of appeal time and harresment will be recoverable for opposite party or any forum.
