Hi All, My wife filed 498a on me and my parents. Later we compromised and case moved from JFCM court to Lokadalat on 21.02.2014. we attended first hearing on 21.02.2014 in lokadalat and judge given last hearing on 21.05.2014. In between my wife filed Divorce under sec 13 1 ia,ib but we didn’t get notice from court and divorce hearing judge given next month. And we have 498a last hearing on 21.05.2014.
1) Divorcé hearing have next month, but we don’t know whether she will come or not on 21.05.2014.If she don’t come on 21.05.2014, what will happen? Please advice.
2) My lawyer is not responding to our calls and lawyer also don’t know whether he will come or not on 21.05.2014.Please advise if lawyer don’t come on 21.05.2014 what shall I do? Please advise.
