My SIL is living separaely and is earning nearly 1 lakh /month has filed the case of maintenance against my Brother and Interim has been rejected but awrded 20 K to children and now case fixed for Prosecution evidence.Could I have the frame work of questions that can be crossed during cross examination..Please provide the links and sample mode if available

Well.... There is nothing like sample questions. This ultimately depends on the case to case basis

as advised by Mr.David there is no generic template which suits all cases...it is as per case.
However some work has already done by Mr.Amol in this regard and can be used as a starting guideline.
