Sale deed

Hi

I have a dought, regarding the name mentioned in sale deed.I purchased a flat and wife is co-owner .Problem is that my wife name mentioned in sale deed in two different ways.

In maharastra there is tradintion to add husband first name as middle name for married women.

In fist section name is <First Name> <Last Name>

in second section section where seller and purchaser sign the document as <First Name> <Initial of Husband Name> <Last Name>

and in the document filled by the clerck name mention as <First Name> <Husband First Name> <Last Name>

We have added the passport for her as identity proof in passport name is <First Name> <Last Name>

will there be any issue regarding ownership if i re-sell the flat.My details are correct in sale deed.

Thanks Mahesh, There is no need for rectification deed? There is no error in my wife name only added my first name as her middle name.

But we dont have any identity proof with thist name (middle name as my first name). Do i need to prepare name affidative for same person if ther is any objection while selling the flat

If necessary then make affidavit on 100Rs. stamp paper... Notarised document...
