Registered or unregistered will both are valid,if the same fulfil the requirement of law.

till the date it is not disputed by anyone, the will deed is valid... if it is disputed by someone, then you have to prove it as valid....or get probate....

Registration of will is not required under law so registered or unregistered will is valid under law if it is disputed then one has to prove it before the court of law.
