How public can question his recruitment, any Writ can apply to question the appointement??

Under the RTI, you ask the Commissioner of Police to supply you with a copy of the report after verification of character and antecedents of the candidate. Give, name, designation, year of appointment, present posting.

UNDER RTI THE ABOVE PERSON CONDUCT &CHARECTOR DETAILS  CANNOT PUT PUBLIC ,IT IS THE VOILATION OF ART::21 OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION.

HENCE YOU ARE DENIED BY RTI AUTHORITY OR APPEALATE OF RTI.

THE LAST CHANCE IS CHALLENGING THE IN HC UNDER ART;:226 FOR THE A5 OF SO&SO CRIME ......,RECRUITE AS P.C...... AGANIST THE CODE OF RECRUITMENT......

Let the Public Information Officer deny the information. There is no harm in seeking information. Many a time the PIO does comply with the request without knowing he legal implication. That is the beauty of RTI. What is our right to get is denied. What is not, is supplied.

How we can question the recruitment and for termination of the criminal recruited in the department. The competetive authourity is the District SP who is the chairman of the recruitment commitee?? Also character and conduct Verification not considered the NBW issued and column No 2 of the chargesheet?? simply they stated charge sheet not filed against him,  Can we put any Writ in HC using above information??

Have you made a complaint to Government yet? While you are writing to LCI, you can simultaneously start writing complaints to DG(Police), Home Department, Chief Minister. If you can approach some NGO that will be great help.

There is an outside chance that one of them take notice of your complaint and start investigation. There is no harm. Even otherwise, nothing is happening. Don't be too sure that HC will give you relief. On the contrary, you will spent considerable time and money.
