a hindu girl wants to marry a muslim boy. But boys parents are insisting on nikah first and then registration of marriage. is it possiible to register the marriage under special marriage act after nikah (and conversion). If yes, then the marraige will be ruled by which law - muslim mrriage law or civil law? will the Redrafted Marriage Laws (Amendment) Bill, passed recently in parliament making registration of all marraiges help in this present situation.
