Greetings
One of my friend have made his own visiting card with a Emblem in it as he is a VIGEYE, And it was done purely to help poor people who donot have access to IAS Officers, Collectors. Etc.
Now he knows that usage of Emblem is wrong as he was asked to dispose those visiting card containing them by collector himself. I wish to know is he punishable for that ? Specially when he has no whatsoever knowledge about this, He has done that purely to help the citizens and now he wishes to remove those Visiting Cards but he also wants to know will he be punished for doing that as he had no knowlege about the LAW.
