Hi Sir,
I have taken study loan of 2lakh in 2006,due to job problem i am unable to pay the instalment.
Now it is 4lakh and this yer i have paid 10k and started paying from february,but bank sending threating notice that my loan is NPA he will update my address in cvil and will take necessary legal action.
i have already chat with bank manager but he will not listin my language.
I want to pay all the loan amount within a period with intrest.
Can i approach upper level for the same?
Can bank will upadate my data in CVIL by which i will get problem in Future?
kindly guide me the rule.
