Is there any examination required to be a Trademark Attorney? As per my knowledge the examination of trademrk agent is not mandatory for lawyers?
Can I apply for Trademark by using own Digital Signature? Please help....

1. yes. you can apply for T.M. online.
2.If you want to use degital signature you have to have certified authority's help.

YES, there is examination for TM Attorney, if you are not Advocate. But as Propriator you can register your Trademark.

if you are an enrolled Asdvocate then you can represent and file Trade mark cases before the Registry.
