Oral family settlement done jan82.reduce it to writing in jun82.Get decree 84 Produced in another case in87. Comisenor Stamp ask for registration and penalty Allahabad high Court stayed the penalty proceeding 2001 Now what may be done Can the penalty is unavoidable Can the interest also must be paid

Dear client till stay penalty proceeding will not initiate but once stay vacated then penalty of interest you will pay for more clarity you may contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case.

Stamp duty payable was 17000, ten times penalty calculated, total amount 1.87 lac , so for recovery of 1.87 lac by civil judges was started in 2000 which was stayed by the high court, when stay is vacated how much amount will be payable...
