family court 9a

if wife is working in govt institute in other city. husband filed 9a .is there any possibility to get suspension or any order by the court if she is not able to attend the hearing.

Dear Kalpanagupta,

As the case is filed you have to fight out the case. If you avoid attending court then court will pass orders as per petition filed.
