I am working in a regional rural bank in west Bengal and given the duty of Presiding officer for upcoming panchayat vote
has the vote been done on first declared date 1st may 2018 I would have got no prblm
that's why I didn't apply for exemption
but the scheduled has been finalised on 14th may 2018 and I now have no time to apply
today is 10th of may and I have two important exams coming up on 19th may Nabard and 3rd June UPSC civil services
please sir I badly need exemption or these 2 days
is there any way out
please suggest

Express your issues in writing narrating issues and attaching relevant docs to your HoD and request to forward to the concerned authority for elections e.g; DC/SDM/Tehsildar.. Remain gentle and amiable.. Check if some committee is formed to address issues..!
Also meet all in person and also see if some replacement is also available..
