ex party divorce has passed one year

if ex party divorce passed one year or more . can it still quashed by high court.

is it easy to quash

You can set a side the decree, however it all depends on case.

sorry sir but now it's not possible to get the decree aside as the appeal against the decree could only have been filed within 90 days from the date of passing of decree. lapse of one year is unreasonable delay and beyond the limitation period
