in a civil suit of possesion i am declared as an expartee.
i did not get any summon and our ward memeber has give false witness that i was present at home and i refused to take summoms.
on first hearing, an advovate gets present in court from side.and on next hearing he tells to court that no further instruction or document is being given by me to continue this suit.
so i declared as expartee.
now you please tell me how i can overcome from this painful situation.
i did not ask him to stand on my behalf.it is totaly fraud.
is there any procedure by which he can act on behalf of myself withoit signing the vakalatnama?
