everyone has the right to complain but someone torturing you using this right what can you do?

everyone has the right to complain but someone torturing you using this right what can you do? to be more clear if someone taking benefit of every of your mistake is attacking you in every way possible and saying you did this mistake, your mother did this mistake now i have the right to beat u up, you can't stop me .....like so everyday....what can you do??
