Deposit the bond amount and attain your "mission mount everest".

And also enjoy without experience certificate because your employer may not oblige you with.

What is the notice period as per the appointment letter/standing order? Why you have agreed to pay the bond amount? Have they imparted any special training incurring additional expenditure? Have they given it in writing that the resignation would not be accepted?

I just said I'm going to resign after 2 months ,they told this will not acceptable.

If you do not need their experience certificate then do whatever you want, was my previous message.
