employer withholding salary arrears n difference in PF for the last 20 years

employer removed me from services in 2001 for allegedly not reporting to a new place of transfer The order is challenged in high court on the ground of illegality in inquiry proceeding n DA having no jurisdiction in passing the order . matter is still pending before high court at stage " ready for final argument n disposal " . The salary arrear pertains to period from year april 1998 to january 2000 , a period prior to removal order of 2001 . Need assistance in recoverying dues with interest .
