earning wife keep the custody of child and to harass husband claiming maintenance for children

wife earn more than husband and keep the custody of the child and claiming maintenance for the child. object is to harass husband

Wife is earning that is why she is claiming mntn for the child...otherwise she would have been claiming mntn for herself as well. You being a father of the child have to pay for the mntn.... Consult A local prudent lawyer...

As the father, you are bound to pay maintenance, irrespective your wife's earning or her capacity to earn
