I am a central govt employee since 2017. I had applied for the post in February 2016. my family hails from patna,bihar but we have been residing in dhanbad jharkhand since 1975. When jharkhand was formed, only people having khatiyan of 1932 were eligible for domicile and obc ncl of jharkhand. So ,I applied for the present job with obc ncl from bihar,
my ancestral place.
Now, i have gained eligibility for domicile of jharkhand after new domicile policy came into existence.So, for applying to upsc cse examinations,which obc ncl is required?
will it be legally valid to use obc ncl from jharkhand to apply for a new central govt job as i have used obc ncl from bihar for the present job where i am employed?
